Soccer Recap: Uintah Starts Season with Win on the Road

Uintah had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. While the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was the Utes who were credited with the win on Tuesday. The Uintah Utes got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to the Carbon Dinos's one. Uintah have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Carbon, too.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Uintah will head out to square off against Judge Memorial Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Carbon, they are packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will face off against St. Joseph at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
