Softball Recap: Monroe Comes Up Short

Monroe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss. They lost 16-0 to the Parkwood Wolf Pack. Unfortunately, that's the first time they've come up short against the Wolf Pack this season, with their most recent defeat being a 16-0 loss on Tuesday.

Monroe's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Parkwood, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-8 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Parkwood beat Monroe by a score of 16-0 later that day.
