Volleyball Recap: Reese Holton and Zoey Kapeller Secure Win for St. Mary's Prep

St. Mary's Prep lost to Oakland Christian back in November of 2021, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Eaglets came out on top against the Lancers by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eaglets.

Leading St. Mary's Prep to victory were Zoey Kapeller and Reese Holton. Kapeller had four digs and three aces, while Holton had six kills and one assist. That's the most aces Kapeller has posted since back in November of 2024.

They weren't the only good server: St. Mary's Prep was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in five consecutive matches.
