South Effingham entered their tilt with Calvary Day on Saturday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Cavaliers. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 3-0 win last Thursday.

South Effingham was led to victory by Lauren Olson and Destiny Young. Olson had 11 digs and two assists, while Young had nine digs. Those nine digs gave Young a new career-high.

South Effingham's victory bumped their record up to 29-9. As for Calvary Day, their loss dropped their record down to 15-9.
