Basketball Game Preview: Bath County Wildcats vs. Boyd County Lions

Last Friday, Bath County came up short against Danville and fell 56-44.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Boyd County). They came out on top against Raceland by a score of 71-60 on Tuesday. The win was familiar territory for the Lions who have now won four contests in a row.

Boyd County's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Bath County, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.

Everything came up roses for Bath County against Boyd County in their previous meeting back in January of 2016, as the team secured a 78-43 win. Will Bath County repeat their success, or does Boyd County have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
