Football Recap: Monticello Starts Season with Win Against St. Joseph

Monticello had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They blew past the St. Joseph Jayhawks 42-15 on Friday. The Buckaroo have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Jayhawks, too.

Although St. Joseph took the loss, they still got scores from Izaiah Hebert and David Russo.

St. Joseph's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
