Soccer Recap: St. Paul Lutheran Comes Up Short

St. Paul Lutheran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 4-1 to the Lone Jack Mules. The match was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for St. Paul Lutheran it sure didn't stay that way.

St. Paul Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Lone Jack, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Paul Lutheran will challenge Lutheran at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Lutheran will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each matchup than the last. As for Lone Jack, they will square off against Southern Boone at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
