Soccer Recap: Mooseheart's Losing Streak Snapped at Three Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Indian Creek, Mooseheart was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Schaumburg Christian Conquerors a 1-0 shutout. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Mooseheart were the better team in the second half.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Aaron George, who's now up to two this season.

Mooseheart moved to 4-7 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak. As for Schaumburg Christian, the defeat was their first on the road , dropping their record down to 10-3-1.

Coincidentally, Mooseheart and Schaumburg Christian will both be playing Christian Liberty the next time they take the pitch. The Red Ramblers will head out to face the Chargers at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Conquerors will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
