Basketball Recap: Michigan Collegiate's Luck Changes for the Better on Tuesday

Michigan Collegiate can bid farewell to their 11-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 72-54 victory over the Chandler Park Academy Eagles. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cougars also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2023.

Michigan Collegiate's win bumped their record up to 2-11. As for Chandler Park Academy, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season.

Michigan Collegiate will host Edison Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Chandler Park Academy, they will take on Summit Academy North at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Summit Academy North knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine games -- so hopefully Chandler Park Academy likes a good challenge.
