Soccer Recap: Munford Comes Up Short

Munford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 11-1 to the Sylacauga Aggies. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Lions were already down 10-1.

Munford's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Sylacauga, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season.

Munford wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, an 11-1 loss against Lincoln on the 25th. As for Sylacauga, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-0 victory against Childersburg on the 25th.
