Point Arena's win came from a few key players St. Vincent de Paul will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Fernando Lopez, who dropped a double-double with 22 points and 12 boards. His evening made it 12 games in a row in which he has scored at least 17 points. Another player making a difference was Mateo VanCleave, who put up 19 points.

Point Arena's win was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.8 points over those games. As for St. Vincent de Paul, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-10 record this season.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: St. Vincent de Paul has been crashing the boards this season, having averaged 32.4 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Point Arena struggles in that department as they've been averaging 50 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
St. Vincent de Paul barely slipped by Point Arena in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, winning 41-40. Does St. Vincent de Paul have another victory up their sleeve, or will Point Arena turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
