Basketball Recap: James River Has No Trouble Against Craig County

James River's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They strolled past the Craig County Rockets with points to spare, taking the game 46-30. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 46-40 back in December of 2024.

James River's win bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Craig County, they dropped their record down to 0-14 with the loss, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. James River will host Patrick County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. James River is facing Patrick County at the right time seeing as Patrick County is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Craig County, they will square off against Eastern Montgomery at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
