Edison is a perfect 10-0 against McNair since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Vikings will take on the Eagles at 4:00 p.m. Edison has given up an average of 9.5 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Edison came up short against Tokay on Wednesday, falling 14-4.

Angeleya Miranda made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-4. Jordan Escobar was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one triple and one run.

Meanwhile, McNair lost 10-3 to Chavez on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Titans: they've now lost three in a row.

Naohmi Tapia was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.

Edison has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season. As for McNair, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Thursday as neither team is afraid to steal. Edison has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.7 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like McNair struggles in that department as they've been averaging 3 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.

Edison took their win against McNair in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 15-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Vikings since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
