Basketball Recap: Irving Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Irving took on Sulphur Springs on Saturday. The Irving Tigers fell just short of the Sulphur Springs Wildcats by a score of 58-56.

Irving has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-11 record this season. As for Sulphur Springs, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-8.

Irving will host Berkner at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Sulphur Springs, they will head out to square off against Community at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
