Soccer Recap: Tuscola Takes a Loss

Tuscola was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the East Henderson Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against East Henderson this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-2 on October 1st.

Ethan Contreras and Erick Raya scored both of Tuscola's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

Tuscola's defeat dropped their record down to 3-16-1. As for East Henderson, their victory ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 12-12.

Looking ahead, Tuscola will head out to square off against Pisgah at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for East Henderson, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Stuart W. Cramer at 6:00 p.m.
