Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Madison West). They came out on top against the Heritage Christian Patriots by a score of 92-79 on Friday.

Heritage Christian's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Eddie Riebe, who went 7 for 12 on his way to 17 points and five rebounds. Marcus Seroyer was another key player, putting up 14 points.

Madison West's victory bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Heritage Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.
