Soccer Recap: Chapel Field Christian Takes a Loss

Chapel Field Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of SS Seward. Chapel Field Christian were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced SS Seward earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Chapel Field Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for SS Seward, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-6 record this season.

Chapel Field Christian will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Monticello at 4:30 p.m. As for SS Seward, they will head out on the road to take on Port Jervis at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
