Basketball Recap: Fort Ann Comes Up Short

Fort Ann was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 34-29 heartbreaker at the hands of the Wells Wells CSD.

Fort Ann's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Wells, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fort Ann will venture away from home to challenge Granville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Wells, they will square off against Bolton Central at 6:30 p.m. on January 30th.
