Macon Davis posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out nine batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). Furthermore, he didn't allow a single walk, the first time he has blanked an opponent since back in March of 2024.

Looking ahead, Davis and Clarke Central are taking a road trip to challenge Hebron Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
