On Thursday, Bryant faced Jonesboro in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Bryant Hornets beat the Jonesboro Hurricane by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 3-1. The victory was nothing new for the Hornets as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Bryant walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 20-25, 25-20, 25-13.

Bryant was led to victory by Breanna Williamson and Graci Lewis. Williamson had 13 digs, while Lewis had eight digs and three aces. The dominant performance gave Lewis a new career-high in aces.
