Justin Pope continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 194 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries, while also picking up 41 receiving yards and one TD. Person is undefeated when Pope posts 100 or more rushing yards, but 2-6 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Willie Lunsford, who threw for 142 yards and four TDs on only 12 passes.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Person was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 340 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
