Volleyball Recap: Tustin Takes a Loss

Tustin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Godinez Fundamental Grizzlies, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Grizzlies this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat on April 3rd.

Tustin's loss dropped their record down to 9-25. As for Godinez Fundamental, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-10 record this season.

Tustin will face off against Calvary Chapel at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Tillers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Godinez Fundamental, they will challenge Esperanza at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
