Delaware Christian is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Millersport as Delaware Christian made off with a 50-30 win. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 games by 20 points or more this season.

Delaware Christian had a senior duo take command as Julia Pearch posted 13 points in addition to six rebounds and five assists and Addy Beard put up 17 points and six boards. Beard is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last 17 games she's played. Brooke Huffman was another key player, putting up 11 points and seven boards.

Meanwhile, Wellington School didn't have too much trouble with Madison Christian on Tuesday as they won 42-26.

Wellington School's win came from a few key players Delaware Christian will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Jeanie Desantis, who went 5-for-9 on her way to 15 points and three steals. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in field goal percentage (56%). Another player making a difference was Natalie Moore, who earned 13 points and five steals.

Delaware Christian's victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 21.9 points over those games. As for Wellington School, their win bumped their record up to 19-4.

Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Delaware Christian has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 25.7 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Wellington School struggles in that department as they've been averaging 30.8 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
