Volleyball Recap: Sylmar Wins Going Away Against Panorama

Sylmar barely beat Panorama the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Spartans were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Pythons on Monday. The Spartans not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since August 15th (when they won 3-0).

Sylmar not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Panorama between 16 and 17 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-16, 25-17.

Sylmar's victory bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Panorama, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Sylmar will challenge rival Van Nuys at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Panorama is set to face off against their familiar foe Kennedy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
