Kanton Turley Turns in Season-Best Effort
On Friday, Snowflake got the W thanks in part to Kanton Turley playing the best football he has all season. Turley rushed for 106 yards and three touchdowns. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making a tackle.
The win for Snowflake keeps them at an undefeated 6-0. Turley and Snowflake are on the road again on Friday to play Marcos de Niza at 7:00 p.m.

Mason Lloyd Delivers Best Performance of Season
Sadly, Mason Lloyd posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Poston Butte over Snowflake on Friday. Lloyd threw for 168 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 37 yards and a touchdown.
Lloyd is probably looking forward to his next game, a road matchup against Apache Junction on Friday. When Lloyd last faced the Prospectors back in October of 2023, he rushed for 178 yards and four touchdowns on only 12 carries.

Evan Moore Delivers Electric Effort Vs Snowflake
Another Poston Butte player making an appearance on this list is Evan Moore. He picked up 53 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 43 yards.
If the past is any indication, Moore could be in store for another big game when he takes on Apache Junction on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Moore saw the Prospectors), he rushed for 106 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries.
