Reese Bodily Goes Supernova in Mountain View Victory

Reese Bodily was instrumental in extending Mountain View's winning streak to eight on Friday. Nobody could stop Bodily as he rushed for 141 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 112 rushing yards.

Mountain View's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-1. Their homestand will continue as they prepare to take on Salpointe Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Mountain View picked up their eighth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Caleb Larson. Cesar Chavez had no answer to Larson as he picked up 33 receiving yards.

On the season, Larson has averaged 5.1 total tackles per game and for the season has 9 sacks.

While Mj Woodberry delivered a dominant performance on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Cesar Chavez. Despite the loss, Woodberry was still balling out as he made a tackle.

Goodman Came Up Big in Mountain View's 52-7 Win

Brady Goodman's big game helped extend Mountain View's winning streak to eight on Friday. Goodman was dynamite, rushing for 45 yards and a touchdown, while also throwing for 161 yards and a touchdown on only 13 passes.

Cesar Chavez had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Goodman it was a similar story. Two weeks ago (the last time Goodman saw the Champions), he threw for 254 yards and four touchdowns while completing 94.1% of his passes, and also rushed for 35 yards and two touchdowns.
