West Valley's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Malachi Black led the charge by going 6 for 12 on his way to 15 points in addition to six boards and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaylen Stone, who went 7 of 15 on his way to 21 points.
