Soccer Recap: West Nottingham Comes Up Short

The West Nottingham Rams came up short against the Greenwood Mennonite Flames on Monday and fell 7-5. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game two weeks ago (four), West Nottingham still had to take the loss.

West Nottingham's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Greenwood Mennonite, their win bumped their record up to 3-5.

West Nottingham will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Avon Grove Charter at 5:00 p.m. on the 14th. As for Greenwood Mennonite, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Faith Baptist School on the 30th.
