Baseball Recap: Baytown Christian Find Success

After low-scoring totals in their previous six contest, Baytown Christian brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They put the hurt on the Legacy Christian Academy Warriors with a sharp 15-2 win on Friday. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Andrew Escobar was excellent, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Those two runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Joesph Cohen, who went 1-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Baytown Christian's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Legacy Christian Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
