There's no place like home for West Jessamine, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Walton-Verona Bearcats on Wednesday. The Colts not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 27th (when they won 3-0).

West Jessamine pushed their record up to 11-7-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Walton-Verona, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-8.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. West Jessamine is set to take on their familiar foe Marion County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Walton-Verona will square off against rival Calvary Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
