Basketball Game Preview: Woodinville Falcons vs. Skyline Spartans

The Woodinville Falcons will face off against the Skyline Spartans at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Woodinville and seven for Skyline.

Last Friday, Woodinville came up short against Bellevue and fell 60-48. The matchup marked the Falcons' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Skyline suffered their biggest loss since December 10, 2024 on Friday. They took a blow against Liberty, falling 65-36. While losing is never fun, the Spartans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 275th, while the Patriots are ranked 39th).

Woodinville's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Skyline, their loss dropped their record down to 1-11.

Everything went Woodinville's way against Skyline when the teams last played back in December of 2024, as Woodinville made off with a 72-51 victory. Does Woodinville have another victory up their sleeve, or will Skyline turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
