Football Recap: Brownsville Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Brownsville lost against Carrick back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Falcons were outmatched by the Raiders and fell 46-12. The Falcons were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-12.

Carrick had a senior duo take command as Jayden Wise rushed for 151 yards and three scores on only 12 carries and Kejuan Johnson gained 204 total yards and three touchdowns. Those 151 rushing yards set a new season-high mark for Wise.

Brownsville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Carrick, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.

Brownsville wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 54-0 loss against Meyersdale on the 9th. As for Carrick, they have also already played their next game, a 14-12 defeat against Perry Traditional Academy on the 9th.
