Softball Recap: Westside Comes Up Short

Westside fell victim to Wren and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Hurricanes by a score of 1-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Rams haven't been shut out since back in March.

Westside has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-6 record this season. As for Wren, they pushed their record up to 14-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Westside didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, an 18-1 win against Emerald on the 23rd. As for Wren, they have also already played their next contest, a 16-6 victory against Laurens on the 23rd.
