Softball Game Preview: Greenwood Rangers vs. Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy Warriors

For the second straight game, Greenwood will face off against Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy. The Rangers will challenge the Warriors at 9:00 a.m. on Friday.

Greenwood is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They never let Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy get on the board and left with a 17-0 win. The Rangers' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Addison Arredondo made a big impact no matter where she played. She struck out six batters over 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in March. She was even better at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.
