Basketball Recap: Crestview Victorious

Crestview won the last time they faced Wayne Trace and things went their way on Saturday too. In a tight game that could have gone either way, the Crestview Knights made off with a 31-30 win over the Wayne Trace Raiders. The 31-point effort marked the Knights' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

The victory made it two in a row for Crestview and bumps their season record up to 3-2. As for Wayne Trace, their loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-2.

Crestview will host Fort Jennings at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Wayne Trace and West Noble will compete for holiday cheer at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
