Stone Ridge Christian won against Denair on Monday with 18 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Wednesday. The Knights put the hurt on the Modesto Christian Crusaders with a sharp 18-4 win. Considering the Knights have won nine contests by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Emma Quisenberry and Hayden Quisenberry were major factors while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Quisenberry tossed 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Hayden pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Emma has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. At bat, Quisenberry went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base, while Hayden went a perfect 3-for-3 with two triples, three runs, and four RBI. That's the most RBI Hayden has posted since back in April.

In other batting news, Khloe Sphabmixay was incredible, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with three runs and one RBI. Addy Soto was another key player, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with three runs and one RBI.

Stone Ridge Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .750. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

The victory was the third in a row for Stone Ridge Christian, bringing their record up to 11-6. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for Modesto Christian, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-11.

The teams didn't have to wait long for another result: Stone Ridge Christian was given a victory via forfeit against the Crusaders later that day.
