Mercer County has enjoyed the comforts of home their last six games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will take on the Southwestern Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Mercer County focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 on Tuesday.

Despite the loss, Mercer County got a solid performance out of Ak Drakeford, who scored 26 points along with six rebounds and five assists. Sara Dunn was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Meanwhile, Southwestern pushed their score all the way to 55 on Monday, but even that wasn't enough to win. Their tough 77-55 defeat to Corbin might stick with them for a while. Southwestern was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 48-26.
