Volleyball Recap: Central Indians vs. Park Hill Trojans

After flying high against Belton on Monday, Central came back down to earth. The Indians fell just short of the Park Hill Trojans by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The Indians were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Trojans earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Central took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 15-25, 25-18, 23-25, 25-18, 15-13.

Coming up, Central will challenge North Kansas City at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Indians are facing the Hornets at the right time seeing as the Hornets are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Park Hill, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Oak Park at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Northmen will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Trojans surely won't give up without a fight.
