Football Recap: Crismon Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Crismon easily dispatched River Valley last Friday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. The Rattlers fell just short of the Eastmark Firebirds by a score of 24-22 on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Rattlers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona football rankings (they are ranked 139th, while the Firebirds are ranked 35th).

Despite the loss, Crismon still got an impressive performance from Walker Higbee, who rushed for 126 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Zaiden Virani went supernova For Eastmark., rushing for 132 yards and two scores. Those 132 rushing yards gave Virani a new career-high.

Crismon's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Crismon wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 28-27 defeat against Pusch Ridge Christian Academy on the 5th. As for Eastmark, they have also already played their next contest, a 16-13 victory against Walden Grove on the 4th.
