Softball Recap: Abington Heights Comets vs. West Scranton Invaders

Abington Heights can now show off three landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Thursday. They blew past the West Scranton Invaders 10-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for Abington Heights.

Lauren Stalica made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up three earned runs off only two hits. Stalica has been consistent recently: she hasn't pitched less than six innings in five consecutive pitching appearances. Stalica was also stellar in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI.
