Soccer Game Preview: South Garner vs. Rocky Mount + Official Tickets

The South Garner Titans will take on the Rocky Mount Gryphons at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. South Garner will be strutting in after a victory while Rocky Mount will be coming in after a loss.

South Garner's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They came out on top against Cleveland by a score of 2-0. South Garner's winning goal came courtesy of Jeffrey Siriboe.

Meanwhile, Rocky Mount was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They came up short against Southern Wayne, falling 7-1. Rocky Mount were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-1.

Rocky Mount's loss dropped their record down to 4-15. As for South Garner, their win bumped their record up to 5-11-2.

South Garner took their victory against Rocky Mount when the teams last played back in August by a conclusive 9-0 score. Will the Titans repeat their success, or do the Gryphons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
