Volleyball Recap: West Takes a Loss

The West Pioneers came up short against the Hayden Wildcats on Saturday and fell 2-0.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-9.

West has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-23-4 record this season. As for Hayden, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 24-7.

Coincidentally, West and Hayden will both be playing Lawrence Free State the next time they take the court. The Wildcats will head out to face the Firebirds at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Pioneers will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
