CAM owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 7-0 margin over the Ar-We-Va Rockets. Considering the Cougars have won 11 matches by more than six runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory was the third in a row for CAM, bringing their record up to 17-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Ar-We-Va, they dropped their record down to 5-9 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. CAM will head out to challenge Newell-Fonda on Tuesday. As for Ar-We-Va, they will venture away from home to take on IKM/Manning on Monday. The Rockets are facing the Wolves at the right time seeing as the Wolves are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
