Volleyball Recap: Natalie Bartha Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat Stillman Valley + How To Watch

Dakota won the last time they faced Stillman Valley and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Indians narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Cardinals 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

Dakota had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 25-27, 25-18, 25-17.

Dakota got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Natalie Bartha out in front who had 13 digs. Those 13 digs gave Bartha a new career-high.

Dakota's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Dakota will take on Oregon at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Stillman Valley, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on North Boone at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
