Basketball Recap: Richardton-Taylor Find Success

Richardton-Taylor's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They slipped by the New England Tigers 52-51. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Raiders as it put an end to their four-game losing streak dating back to last season.

The win got Richardton-Taylor back to even at 1-1. As for New England, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Richardton-Taylor will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Napoleon at 7:00 p.m. on December 27th. As for New England, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Flasher at 7:00 p.m. on January 10, 2025.
