Aspen waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the Steamboat Springs Sailors with a sharp 64-44 win. The Skiers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 20 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Aspen to victory, but perhaps none more so than Tommy Franceschi, who went 5 of 7 en route to 13 points and six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jack Berro, who posted 12 points.

Steamboat Springs' loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jeffrey Sturges, who earned 25 points. That was a full 56.8% of Steamboat Springs' points, marking the seventh time in a row he's had more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kane Morris, who put up eight points.

Aspen pushed their record up to 10-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.
