Softball Recap: Cypress Creek Cougars vs. Jersey Village Falcons
In what's become a running theme this season, Cypress Creek gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Jersey Village Falcons with a sharp 11-1 victory. The win was just what Cypress Creek needed coming off of a 9-1 loss in their prior contest.
Jocelyn Orosco was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched three innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit (she also only allowed one walk). Orosco has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in five consecutive pitching appearances. Orosco was even better at the plate, firing off two home runs, seven RBI, and three runs while going 3-for-3.
