Basketball Recap: Ozanam vs. Chesterton Academy of St. Philip Neri Crusaders
Ozanam was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They took a 64-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chesterton Academy of St. Philip Neri Crusaders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Chesterton Academy of St. Philip Neri this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 64-27 back in January.
Despite the defeat, Ozanam saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Damontae Balmat almost dropped a double-double with 20 points and nine boards. A.W. Poke was another key player, putting up 13 points and three steals.
