Volleyball Recap: Kenosha Christian Life Eagles vs. River Valley Blackhawks
After flying high against St. Francis on Thursday, Kenosha Christian Life came back down to earth. The Eagles fell just short of the River Valley Blackhawks by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Despite the defeat, Kenosha Christian Life saw an underclassman step up: freshman Sophia Pereira had 21 digs and one assist. Pereira has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more digs the last four times she's played.
Leading River Valley to victory were Maddie C and Kyllie Smith. C had 19 assists and three aces, while Smith had six digs and three aces. Ella Hillebrand also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.
