Wisdom has gone 9-1 against Madawaska recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Wisdom Pioneers will look to defend their home court against the Madawaska Owls at 5:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Wisdom has ten straight wins, Madawaska has eight straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

While losing is never fun, the Owls can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Maine basketball rankings (they are ranked 123rd, while the Warriors are ranked 17th).

Wisdom pushed their record up to 13-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 37.2 points. As for Madawaska, their loss dropped their record down to 2-12.

Everything came up roses for Wisdom against Madawaska in their previous matchup on January 8th, as the squad secured a 64-10 win. Will Wisdom repeat their success, or does Madawaska have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
